I’ve been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist since 2019, helping people of all ages and experience levels build strength, improve mobility, and feel more confident in their bodies.
Personal training is perfect if you want:

Sessions are supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping you build strength for real life.
Your first session is all about getting to know you and your body. We’ll talk about your goals, your history, and where you’d like to feel stronger or better. We'll explore how your body moves, where you’re strong, and where we can build support. From there, we’ll build a plan together that feels realistic and aligned with what you want. You’ll also get a great first workout so you leave feeling ready and excited to come back! Ongoing sessions are $55 for a 45-minute session or $65 for an hour.
